The check in process took quite long, saying that cannot see my booking in system while confirmation email already received from 訂房網站. The cup provided in mini bar had clear tea stains when I wanted to make some hot tea. Overall experience lower than Crown Towers.

Another fabulous stay at Crown Metropol. The food was fabulous and The Groove Bar music and atmosphere was the exact vibe we needed. We were there with our daughter and her fiancé. Boys enjoyed the sports bar. Atrium breakfast was tremendous and so much variety, will suit everyone. Love love love this place!

這家酒店與另兩家酒店是在一個區域，所以特別的大。酒店周邊的設施是不錯的，特別是有一個非常大的**。早餐非常豐富，停車也是免費的。服務應該還不錯。不足的是酒店的設施比較陳舊，位置離市中心也偏了點，一定要打車的。

Clean and comfortable room, very cosy with a nice bathtub and partial view of the river. Nice walk along the park across hotel to Optus stadium and Matagarup Bridge.

Service was super good, they gave us a bottle of champagne and chocolates for our anniversary :”) thank you to the staff who prepared this lovely surprise! Room was really big and bed was comfortable, however some parts (in the toilet) could be cleaner. Overall still a grand and lovely stay and super value for money!
